This peel and stick product is specifically designed to cater for the growing Metal and Tile markets, but is also user friendly with other roof covering materials.
RoofAquaGuard MT -HT
- Top layer coated with a White “Non-Slip” fiber felt
Maximizes “foot-hold” for safety
Will not adhere to Metal panels
- A peel and stick with polyester carrier and a SBS modified bitumen
The membrane offers superior nail seal-ability and adheres
firmly to the roof deck - Self seals around nails
- Offers greater tear resistance than traditional felt underlayment
- Provides protection for critical areas such as rakes, eaves, valleys,
flashings, hips, ridges, dormers and skylights - Provides excellent low temperature flexibility
- 36.6" inch wide rolls with high quality 4" selvage edge
Decreases number of overlaps, speeds up installation by about and decreases possible water ingress
- The adhesive back is covered by a split release Liner
The release liner is easily removed allowing the adhesive to be bonded tightly to the roof deck
- Has been approved by Polyfoam and Dow Chemical Co.
Tiles can be fastened with foam adhesive
- High temperature membrane
Can be installed in cool temperatures down to +45° F and can withstand
temperatures of up to +250° F
- The underlayment is UV treated
Can be left uncovered & exposed to the elements for up to 90 days
- Can be used for new construction or re-roofing
May be installed directly to concrete, plywood, wood composition board
and gypsum
- The membrane will not adhere to the underside of the exposed roof covering making re-roofing easier and less costly
